This Family Day, try skating at Officer’s Square! On the banks of the Wolastoq, this picture-perfect outdoor rink is a great place to spend some time with your loved ones while enjoying the fresh air. The rink will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and free skate rentals will be available.

Beaverbrook Art Gallery
Visit the Beaverbrook Art Gallery and take in the stunning permanent collection. Be sure not to miss the temporary exhibits: Tom Thomson: North Star, which features oil sketches by the Canadian icon, and Radical Stitch which highlights the beauty of Indigenous beadwork. On Saturday, February 15 embark on a free guided tour of Tom Thomson: North Star to delve deeper into the exhibit. Then on Sunday February 16 kids can drop by the Art Cart Pop-Up Studio from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. to try art activities inspired by both Tom Thomson: North Star and Radical Stitch.

Enjoy the beauty of winter at Mactaquac Provincial Park! Bring your sleds and hit two groomed sledding hills. Skate around the pond or try their forest skating trail.
